NHS Staff Collaboration Hub

In close collaboration with the Main Contractor Zenith Developments and Principle Designer Alex Caruso Architects the task was simple, design a functional yet exciting new suite to house 125 off-site based staff to enable them to easily come together within their teams, feel a sense of community and collaborate to provide better staff and patient experiences.

The hard part, design and build a brand new first floor premises within 6 months whilst aligning with a stringent, taxpayer funded budget.

Thanks to the exceptional team work of all involved this was a real project of passion that gave everyone involved an enormous sense of how we work can have positive impacts within the community.
