Our Design Solution

Ejot UK Ltd, a prestigious existing client who is a global manufacturer in advanced fastening technology particularly for the engineering and construction industries was looking to refurb their space to create a impact on customers and boost their employee wellbeing and productivity.

D3 Office Group designed the spatial plan for the breakout space and meeting rooms that also included the fitout and FF&E. We were successful in creating an adapatable collaborative space that features clean, sleek design throughout the office.

A welcoming entrance to make an impactful impression

A space where employees can go to relax, eat and interact

To create a multifunctional collaborative space , a grid wall  along with complimentary carpet and vinyl flooring was introduced to create a visual divide between the pool hall inspired booth seating and the cafe table seating area. The breakout space has a capacity of 50nos in  total with diverse one on one informal meetings and high stools that cater as touchdown areas when not in use.

The Kitchen range was designed with high spec that integrated microwave oven grills, undercounter fridges, dishwasher and a zip hot water facility along with plenty of storage for staff

Furthermore, D3 also helped with the bric and brac elements that were not only brand focused but also creates a homely feel with a dash of greenary

An activity based modular meeting room for effective meetings

D3 designed a bespoke tapered boardroom table along with outer movable modular tables that could adapt into a training setup efficiently. The main boardroom table  in the centre is finished with a corian top giving it a sleek modern look to faciltate a formal boardroom setting equipped with adequate power.

The chairs from Herman Miller are ergonomic and equipped with features to provide a comfortable seating  for day long meetings and seminars while also achieving the corporate futuristic feel desired by the client
